DOSING

As a dietary supplement, we recommend that you take one to two capsules twice a day with a meal or as suggested by your health practitioner.

Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for use alongside blood thinners, diabetes or high blood pressure medicines or anti-acids. Consult your health care provider before starting supplementation if you are taking prescription medications.
