DOSING

This remedy is free from harsh chemicals and is safe to use on rams of all ages. It has no withholding period as it is classified as a homeopathic preparation.

Trough dosing can cost as little a $0.01 per day when using our 5-Litre Jerry Can to dose 100 animals sharing a 500-Litre water trough.

Jerry Cans for Dosing the herd

A dose is given by pouring 1 capful (25ml) of remedy into the water trough, every second day. We do offer a pump attachment that dispenses 25ml and can be used instead of the cap. Our 5 litre jerry cans come with a free dispensing pump. 

This remedy can be continued long term.


Pump Bottles

A dose consists of 2-3 sprays of the remedy on to a mucous membrane such as the nose or tongue twice daily. 


Doses per container 
90ml bottle = 500+ doses (2-3 sprays per dose)

1 litre = 40 doses which provides 80 days of trough treatment (Dosing every second day). This is based on water troughs up to 500 litre capacity.

All Hippo Health products have dosing instructions on the label.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Product must be kept out of the sun and contents maintained below 40 celsius.
Zinc can neutralise the remedy.
