DOSING

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

Dose: Take 2 pumps onto the tongue, before exertion. 
After exertion dose 2-3 times as needed, leaving approximately 20 minutes between doses.

50ml bottle = 130 doses

90ml bottle = 230 doses
